Windows Forms Client Applications: Our portfolio of windows forms client applications include call centre screen pop telephony desktop software. We have the expertise to do interop between .net and legacy 'C'/C++ proprietary telephony application programming interfaces (api) such as those of Genesys T-Lib and CallPath, Nortel Symposium Server, and TAPI.
ASP.Net Web Applications: Our ASP.NET solutions go beyond sites with static web pages. Our web solutions are tiered web applications that implement COM+ services for database transactional integrity and rich client side scripting to provide a near desktop windows forms client like experience.
ASP.Net XML SOAP Web Services: No framework makes web services as easy as the .net framework. We've implemented .net web services to glue the heterogeneous middleware components of many call centres. ASP.Net web services have been used extensively in our solutions that utilize the Genesys Information Server (GIS)
ASP.Net Web Server Controls: We've assisted in the development of ASP.Net web server controls to augment and extend the standard .net web control namespace. Rich web controls including tabs, treeviews, menus, calendars, and extensions of the .net web control base classes allow our toolbox to enable the creation of a web site that provides a rich end-user experience.
COM+ object pooling, transactions, role base security, Message Queuing, Remoting: We've built enterprise solutions on Microsoft Windows utilizing core enterprise services exposed by COM+ via .net's Enterprise Services namespace.

Avaya Application Enablement Services. Device, Media and Call Control (DMCC): We have expertise in designing and building softphones utilizing the DMCC .net layer to fully replicate the functionality of Avaya switch handsets on a Windows desktop.
Nortel Symposium Server: We have created .net wrappers that expose the Nortel Symposium Server hdx api. See our download section.
Genesys: We have built many .net call centre agent desktop client solutions using the Genesys T-Server T-Lib SDK and GIS (Genesys Information Server). We are Genesys .net Server certified developers. See our download section.

Corporate Applications

Using ASP.NET, we have built web solutions that today enable a wide range of corporate applications. Our web solutions utilized Microsoft SQL Server databases with full transactional integrity via COM+ services, fronted by a rich web browser experience enabled by custom ASP.net web server controls.

PDP-11/RSX-11M

Some of our most ambitious projects have been Macro-11 assembler projects involving DEC PDP-11 controllers running the RSX-11M operating system. We have built real-time process control software in use today fuelling CANDU nuclear reactor cores. This included digital software filtering, task scheduling, protective interlock ladder logic, and watchdog system monitoring. We have in-depth experience in hard real-time software design.
